The team at Emrys Systems Ltd, brings together over two decades of experience spanning electronics and communications engineering, naval architecture, and maritime electrical and mechanical design: two founders with diverse but complementary expertise.
Our products portfolio in development is structured as one integrated stack: infrastructure products that every platform consumes, platform products built on top of them, and sovereign UK manufacturing underneath it all. Every Emrys platform is, in turn, a customer of Emrys infrastructure.
Most deep tech startups are founded by one technical person and one commercial person. Emrys is founded by two engineers with diverse but complementary expertise. That's deliberate. The products Emrys is building require real depth across electronics, communications, naval architecture, mechanical design, electrical systems and defence relationships. This team covers that ground directly.
PhD in Electronics and Communication Systems Engineering. 15 years across maritime electronics, general electronics, RF, antenna and power systems design, embedded systems and full product design. Leads technology strategy, product development, IP and investor relations.
